Doug grew up around the family business, spending much of his childhood watching his father work in the shop before eventually joining the team himself. Today, as the second-generation owner and CEO of Martin’s Body Shop, he leads the company with the same values it was built on: always do the right thing, do your best to achieve excellence, and show people you care. A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in Public Affairs, Doug guides company strategy, culture, and operational leadership while remaining committed to safe, proper repairs with exceptional customer care. In addition to serving as President of the Indiana Auto Body Association and participating in the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce, Harrison County Community Foundation, North Harrison Youth Baseball, and Prosser Career Center’s Collision Program Advocacy team he continues to advocate for professionalism, integrity, and accountability within the collision repair industry and multiple organizations across Southern Indiana.
